WHAT TO WEAR TO CLASS
Wear comfortable work out clothes. Avoid wearing shoes that
have a thick tread found in many running shoes.

Bring water, a towel  and be prepared to HAVE FUN!

Keep in mind: Zumba takes the work out of working out.
Keep coming to class and before you know it...you'll catch ....
